This role is ideal for a speech-language pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or those who can submit a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credential. Responsibilities include providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students across the K-12 grade range during the maternity leave period. The selected candidate will work closely with the school's special education team to support individualized student goals. Caseload details are currently being finalized but will focus on delivering assessments and therapeutic interventions aligned with best practices. Desired qualifications and experience: Possession of an SLP certification with CCC, or ability to submit CFY or SLPA credentials Experience working in a K-12 school environment supporting diverse student needs Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Flexibility and adaptability to manage evolving caseload assignments Location: Approximately 20 minutes outside Boston, Massachusetts This short-term contract offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development in a supportive school setting.
