PHYSICAL THERAPIST (Pool, Weekdays) - Fox Chase Cancer Center

The Physical Therapist plans, evaluates and treats patients related to their physical therapy needs, utilizing a holistic approach to achieve the patient's maximum functional capabilities within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting. Participates in established physical therapy programs including patient care and education. Evaluates and treats patients and establishes and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice. Education Masters Degree : Accredited Physical Therapy program (Required) Doctorate Degree : Accredited Physical Therapy program (Preferred) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience 2 Years experience in a Physical Therapy setting (Preferred) License/Certifications PT-LIC - PA Physical Therapist License (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support (Required) CLT - Cert Lymphedema Therapist (Preferred) CPH - Cert Pelvic Health (Preferred) _
