• Location: Westminster, VT and surrounding communities (school-based)

• Schedule: Full-time, school calendar (start: beginning of 20252026 school year)

• Caseload: K12 students

• Contract type: W-2 contract for full academic year

• Compensation: $30$40 per hour (DOE)

• Posting open: 60 days from posting date

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy services under a licensed OTs supervision.

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support students functional, sensory, and fine-motor development.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, parents, and other therapists to promote classroom participation and academic success.

• Complete progress notes, IEP documentation, and required reporting in a timely manner.

• Participate in team meetings, screenings, and professional development.

• Valid Vermont COTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.

• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or related settings preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and child-centered approach.

• Pay: $30$40 / hour (dependent on experience & district rates).
