School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Full School Year Near Milton, WI

Sunbelt is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a school district near Milton, WI for the full upcoming school year. This is an onsite position serving a supportive and collaborative school team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, school calendar year

• Caseload: Assigned based on district needs; may include elementary, middle, or high school students

• Location: Near Milton, WI

Typical OT Duties:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to support students fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license

• School-based experience preferred but not required
