• Assess and evaluate students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills affecting school performance.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions.
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students (PreK12).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student access to curriculum and school participation.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and data for compliance and planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support planning.

• Required: North Dakota OT License or COTA License
• Preferred: Previous school-based experience

• On-site or Zoom interviews
• 24-48 hour decisions
• Support from Sunbelt's hiring and clinical therapist teams
