Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN- Outpatient

Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and it communities.

• Monitor resident's progress and communicate with the Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Responsible for carrying out established resident's care plan and goals as designated by the OT.
• Assist the OT during resident evaulations.
• Maintain documentation in system of resident's activities, record progress and document billing activities.
• Perform resident's home assessment as part of the discharge process as directed by the OT.
• Perform resident's screening during the admission process and quarterly and annual screeninkg to determine the need for thereapy as directed by the OT.
