Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work in New Lisbon, WI . These are registry positions with our company.

40hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $1640
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $41
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1372 (Hotel-770 Meals-602)

Total Weekly ($1372 is not taxed)= $3012
Feels like per hour = $75.3
$3012 div 40 hours = $75.3

Shift Details:

• Class: PhysTher Shift: 1 Start: 07:00:00 End: 15:30:00

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Must have up to date credentials in the state of WI
• Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
