We're seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality teletherapy services through innovative online platforms. Position Overview This full-time remote position offers 36 hours per week serving a caseload of approximately 52 students across elementary through high school grade levels. You'll work within a collaborative virtual environment, providing direct speech and language services through secure online platforms while maintaining strong connections with students, families, and educational teams. Core Therapeutic Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations through teletherapy platforms
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language processing, fluency, and social communication skills
Maintain detailed IEP documentation and systematic progress monitoring
Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and related service providers
Facilitate virtual parent conferences and team meetings for service coordination
Adapt traditional therapy techniques for engaging online delivery methods
Manage virtual classroom environments to maximize student participation and therapeutic outcomes
Student Population Served Your diverse caseload will include students requiring support in articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, pragmatic language skills development, fluency disorders, and voice therapy interventions. You'll work with students across all grade levels, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet developmental needs from early elementary through transition-age students. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active New Mexico speech-language pathology license
Minimum 2 years of experience providing services in school settings
Demonstrated competency in virtual service delivery platforms and teletherapy methods
Strong technology skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with diverse populations
Technical Requirements Successful candidates must have experience with teletherapy platforms, video conferencing software, and digital assessment tools.
