Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based assignment near Coupeville for the 2025-2026 school year . This is a full-time, in-person position , though part-time availability may be accommodated based on candidate fit. REPORTS TO:
Director of Special Education SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday | 7.5 hours/day ? POSITION OVERVIEW: The SLP will provide direct and consultative speech-language services to middle and high school students in Coupeville. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute meaningfully to the success of students with a range of communication needs across the district. Start Date: September 2nd, 2025 End Date: June 12th, 2026 Setting: In-person service required Caseload: about 45 students with a full range of disabilities Preferred Experience: School-based practice or clinical internship in educational settings REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Holds or is eligible for a valid Washington ESA Certificate with SLP endorsement Must pass a Federal Criminal Background Check Strong skills in assessment, intervention, documentation, and collaboration Demonstrated dedication to students with special needs Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance standards Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct speech/language assessments and evaluations Provide evidence-based direct therapy services Develop and implement IEP goals collaboratively with teams Participate in meetings and consultations with staff and families Track student progress and maintain documentation Support inclusive practices and work closely with general/special educators Benefits of Working with Soliant: Competitive compensation starting at $55/hour (based on credentials and experience) Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) options Weekly pay structure with guaranteed hours Travel stipends for qualified candidates Supportive and efficient hiring process Paid time for indirect services and documentation
