Make an Impact - Help students with special needs build life skills, confidence, and independence in a supportive school environment Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP. Assist in conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs. Implement evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings. Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings with support from your supervisor. Use positive behavior strategies to create an engaging, student-centered environment. Participate in mentorship, supervision, and professional development throughout your fellowship.
