What We Offer Competitive pay: $55/hour Flexible scheduling - work 2-3 days per week or PRN Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Life and Disability Insurance Identity Theft Protection Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Program Qualifications Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current, active OT license in the state of practice Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an OT with a strong focus in hand therapy Prior experience working with post-surgical, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal upper extremity conditions Credentials: Must meet all health, immunization, and screening requirements as per facility and regulatory guidelines Key Responsibilities Provide specialized treatment to patients with upper extremity injuries, conditions, or post-surgical needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and rehab teams Document patient progress clearly and thoroughly in compliance with facility protocols Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery expectations Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Work Environment Work in outpatient rehab clinics, specialty practices, or other client facilities Exposure to physical therapy/rehab equipment and patient interactions Flexibility required to adapt to varying facility settings and patient needs Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
