Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Pine Level, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role in a supportive school district located in Pine Level, Florida. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering individualized speech and language services that help K12 students improve communication skills and reach their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders based on student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and objectives

• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings using evidence-based approaches

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other service providers to support student success

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Create a positive, inclusive environment that fosters participation and progress

Qualifications:

• Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
