About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services to elementary school students and early intervention programs. This is a fully remote, full-time role for the 20252026 school year, with the opportunity for contract renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to a caseload of elementary and early intervention students

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure therapy aligns with each childs needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements

• Utilize teletherapy tools and technology effectively for engaging online sessions

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP required)

• Previous virtual therapy experience required

• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital resources

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup

Compensation & Contract Details

• 1099 contract position

• 37.5 hours/week for the full school year
