Occupational Therapist K-12 School Setting
Location: Dublin, OH
Duration: Contract, Current School Year (CSY)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:25 AM2:55 PM (37.5 hours/week)

A contract opportunity exists for a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience spanning home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school environments to serve K-12 students in Dublin, OH. This role will support both an elementary and a middle school, managing a caseload of 50-60 students and providing comprehensive OT services to help students achieve their educational and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and effectively document services within the Samegoal system
• Deliver direct therapy services to students following best practice guidelines and state regulations
• Manage and prioritize a caseload across two schools with itinerant service delivery
• Coordinate care with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to optimize student outcomes
• Track travel between school sites as travel time is paid, with potential mileage reimbursement

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Ohio occupational therapy license in good standing
• Experience in school-based OT as well as familiarity with home health, healthcare, and teletherapy practice settings
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational environment and IEP process
• Proficient in use of IEP documentation software (Samegoal preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
