Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Jefferson, PA

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time speech-language pathologist position is available to support middle and high school students through teletherapy and in-person sessions near Waynesburg, PA. This contract role offers the opportunity to impact a caseload of approximately 25 students by delivering tailored speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals. Location: Jefferson, PA (Middle School setting) Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM Contract duration: August 21, 2025 to October 26, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language services to middle and high school students per their IEP requirements Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress Deliver services primarily onsite with some potential teletherapy sessions Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania license and certifications for Speech-Language Pathology Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligibility to work as Clinical Fellow (CFY) considered Clearances compliant with state educational requirements Experience in pediatric speech therapy, school settings, and telepractice preferred Benefits and Perks: Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans Continuing education units (CEUs) and mileage reimbursement opportunities Weekly pay schedule Candidates residing near the area and available to work onsite will be given preference.
