This full-time, contract position is based in Neosho, MO, serving a diverse caseload focused on enhancing fine motor skills and overall occupational therapy goals throughout the school year (CSY). Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on fine motor development and school-related activities. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare standards. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the varied needs of a mixed caseload within the school environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to student success. Qualifications and Experience: Current certification as a COTA with experience in healthcare and school-based occupational therapy. Proven ability to support fine motor skill development in children and adolescents. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, therapists, students, and families. Flexibility and adaptability to manage a mixed caseload with caseload number to be determined. Location: Neosho, MO
