Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with school endorsement Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an elementary school environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds Familiarity with current assessment tools and therapeutic techniques Location: Cottage Grove, Oregon
