Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-Based Location: Sweet Home, OR Contract: August 18th 2025 - June 5, 2026 Hours: 37.5/week Caseload: 41 students (K-12 | Majority Elementary) Service Type: In-person only, itinerant between school sites Pay: $45-$65/hour, based on experience We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team immediately for a school-based itinerant role in the Sweet Home, OR area. You'll work across multiple school sites, serving K-12 students and collaborating with educators and families to support IEP goals and student success. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct in-person therapy in multiple school settings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Maintain accurate documentation Travel between assigned schools during the workday Minimum Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Oregon OT license or eligibility to apply School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and organization skills Benefits for Contractors 401(k) plan
