Resolute Rehabilitation at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock is a 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit located at 4681 College Park Drive in Round Rock, Texas . It's designed to help patients recover from serious illness, injury, or surgery-especially those transitioning from intensive care.

  • Specialized Rehab Services : Offers intensive therapy for conditions like stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, neurological disorders, amputation , and other complex conditions.
  • Therapy Intensity : Patients typically receive 15 hours of therapy per week , guided by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapists.
  • Modern Facility : Located on the first floor, the unit is equipped with advanced rehab equipment and designed to support recovery in a focused, patient-centered environment.

How you'll contribute

  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs

  • Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records

  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements

  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition

  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree

  • Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in the states where services are rendered

  • CPR certification (when required)
