Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a full school year contract in Dayton, NV, serving K-12 students. This part-time position offers the opportunity to support students across diverse educational settings with speech and language services tailored to their individual needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct speech-language therapy services in school and teletherapy formats Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development Monitor and document student progress regularly Participate in team meetings and provide consultation as needed Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within a school setting Eligibility or certification for school-based SLP services Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery models Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or equivalent experience Strong communication and organizational skills This role provides an important service in a supportive educational environment, with caseload specifics to be discussed during the interview process to best match professional experience and student needs.
