• Build Personalized Treatment Strategies: Identify patients needs and develop customized therapy plans to aid them in achieving their functional goals
• Execute Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize evidence-backed practices to enhance patients motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities
• Work with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
• Instruct Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress at home
• Monitor and Document Development: Track clinical outcomes and adjust treatment as needed, ensuring patients stay on course

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or post-grad certifications encouraged and supported

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
