A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic school setting located near Lacey and Tumwater, WA. This contract role spans the 2025-2026 school year and offers the opportunity to work with diverse pediatric populations in both traditional and teletherapy settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, addressing a wide range of communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Provide teletherapy sessions when necessary, ensuring accessibility and quality of care.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Washington State SLP license.
  • Endorsement as an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) in Washington.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare environments.
  • Ability to provide services via teletherapy.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience.

Position Details:

  • Three (3) full-time openings.
  • 35 hours per week, four days weekly (8.75 hours per day).
  • Contracted for the 2025-2026 school year.
  • Work environment includes both onsite and teletherapy service delivery.
