Physical Therapist Full-Time Westchase, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site position in Westchase, Florida. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support K12 students physical development, mobility, and overall wellness while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans to address students physical and functional needs

• Provide direct therapy services to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines and classroom activities

• Implement and monitor IEP goals with accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support students physical development

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs in an educational setting
