The role involves delivering both direct and indirect therapy services to help students achieve their developmental and mobility goals. The position is contract-based for the current school year and requires flexibility to serve multiple school locations within the district, making reliable transportation essential. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and implement physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress. Travel to various campuses to deliver itinerant physical therapy services. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in meetings and provide consultation for program development. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Oregon State Physical Therapy License. Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
