Key Qualifications and Experience: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience or interest in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school settings. Ability to manage caseloads typically ranging from 45 to 60 students. Completion or near completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for new graduates. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Location: Hartford, Connecticut, serving all grade levels within a supportive K-12 school environment. Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech-language evaluations and therapeutic interventions to students with diverse communication needs. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to support student progress. Utilize teletherapy approaches as needed to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to maximize student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district policies and state regulations.
