Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Noblesville, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Noblesville, Florida. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support K12 students in developing critical communication and language skills while collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to foster both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs

• Create and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both group and individual settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district requirements

• Monitor student progress and adapt therapy strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
