Speech-Language Pathologist in Pasadena, TX

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Eastern Houston, TX. This direct hire position offers a full school year commitment, serving either elementary or secondary students with speech and language needs. The role provides a highly flexible work environment, including the opportunity to work from home two days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech therapy in a school setting, preferably K-12
• Ability to effectively manage caseload and work with students across various grade levels
