Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers a dynamic opportunity to support students ages 3-20 within a K-12 school setting in Cambridge, MA. The role is a leave replacement contract starting ASAP and continuing through the end of October 2025, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students aged 3 to 20. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments. Utilize expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems to support students with complex communication needs. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication strategies and student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) required. Experience working as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist strongly preferred. Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with AAC devices and interventions. Ability to work full-time hours and manage a diverse caseload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff.
