Commission-based pay (therapist keeps 60% per session)

Requirements:
Must hold a valid massage therapy license in Georgia
Professional, reliable, and client-focused
Comfortable with various massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)

Compensation:
60/40 commission split
Tips go 100% to the therapist
