Job Responsibilities- Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs, creating customized therapy strategies designed to help them meet their functional aspirations.

- Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy methods that they can use to support continued progress at home.
- Monitor and Document Progress: Keep a detailed record of clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to stay on track with recovery goals.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Continuing education or additional certifications are welcomed and encouraged.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
