Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state
• Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor skills development, and adaptive strategies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, creative, and student-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to support students fine motor, sensory, self-care, and coordination skills
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support classroom success
• Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students development
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
