Collaborating with educators and parents, the SLP will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop IEPs.Provide individual and group therapy.Collaborate with teachers and parents.Maintain accurate documentation of progress.QualificationsMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid California State License.ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.Experience in a school setting is a plus.SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of speech and language disorders.Organizational and time management abilities.
