Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Bothell, WA. The position is a contract role for the current school year, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on children's communication development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students exhibiting speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Provide targeted therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals. Carefully monitor and document student progress to guide ongoing therapy. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. Engage families in the therapy process through education and communication. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
