- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

- Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise programs.

- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.

- Actively engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate and enhance patient care.

Educational Requirements:

- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- CPR certification preferred.

- Additional specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric therapy) are a bonus, but not mandatory.

Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar environment is highly preferred.
