• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and rounded care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapy strategies to aid continued improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients stay on track.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
