An Speech Therapist - PRN who excels in this role:
A Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
A Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
A Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
A Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.

What weAre looking for:
Applicants should have a MasterAs Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a current Tennessee Speech Therapist license. OR Current provisional Speech Pathology License in State of TN with the expectation to obtain a regular Speech Path License within 12 months of hire. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire
