Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contracted position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 students in Stockton, CA, throughout the current school year. This role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language services within a school environment, supporting the developmental and communication needs of children and adolescents. Key responsibilities include: Conducting thorough evaluations for individuals with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Providing targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language goals Monitoring and accurately documenting patient progress and outcomes Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care Engaging and educating families to support therapy goals and carryover Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in speech-language pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology is required This position offers professional support including access to an experienced advisory team of SLPs based locally.
