The role offers flexibility with a schedule of 4 or 5 days per week, delivering essential support to students requiring occupational therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with educational goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy objectives into daily classroom activities. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet evolving needs. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Ability to work effectively with children from kindergarten through 12th grade. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with education teams and families. Familiarity with school-based therapy standards and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes. Capacity to work the assigned schedule of 4 or 5 days per week from ASAP through May 2026.
