Job Expectations:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions in inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, and other settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility and function
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and pain management
