Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with communication disorders. Deliver speech therapy services both individually and in group settings. Maintain accurate records of student progress. Foster collaboration with teachers, parents, and professionals to enhance student success. Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights on speech and language needs. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Requirements: Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Possess a valid Virginia license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology. While ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred, Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Demonstrate experience in working with elementary and pre-K students with communication disorders. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. Maintain accuracy in record-keeping and consistently meet deadlines.
