Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans with specific goals. Providing direct intervention in individual and group settings. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and educational professionals. Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings for comprehensive intervention planning. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
