Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide hands-on therapy to patients using a variety of techniques and modalities - Educate patients and their families on exercises, stretches, and activities to improve mobility and reduce pain - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records -Some travel might be involved as therapist will need to travel to Lindale and Tyler, Texas on occasion. Experience: - Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Physical Therapist - Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Experience working in a outpatient orthopedic setting and/or assisted living centers. - Experience in dry needling, IASTM, and spinal manipulations preferred Qualifications: - Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Benefits: - Competitive pay that is above average hourly pay for PRN therapist - Flexible with your schedule as this is a PRN position.
