We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team with MedAdventures in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Laconia NH. . As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function. Your expertise in developing tailored care plans will ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of treatment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Provide hands-on therapy and rehabilitation techniques to improve mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Skills
