About the Positions
PACT Institute is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team in Hopkins, MN. Current open positions include:
Experienced SLP: Full-time position for a licensed speech-language pathologist
Clinical Fellowship (CF): Unique opportunity for new graduates with flexible career options
Why Our Clinical Fellowship Is Unique
Our CF program provides exceptional support for new professionals:
Increased level of supervision and support within group and individual sessions
Work directly with CF supervisor and experienced speech pathologists
Benefit from co-treatment opportunities with occupational therapists
Experience enhanced supervision in a collaborative clinic environment
Option to continue with PACT or pursue other opportunities
This is ideal for candidates who:
Desire extensive learning and mentorship during their CF year
Are exploring different practice settings before committing long-term

What is distinctly different about PACT Institute's programming is how it threads an individualized developmental social curriculum throughout a variety of specialized services for each child. Our mission is to enhance the acquisition and functional use of developmental skills related to speech-language, social pragmatics, sensory processing, motor development, cognition, and social interactions.
We are seeking a positive and creative speech-language pathologist who is looking for a unique opportunity to provide therapeutic interventions within an activity-based social curriculum. PACT's therapeutic model integrates a multidisciplinary approach among speech and occupational therapists, offering valuable and rewarding opportunities for collaboration and enhanced service provision. For our therapy staff, PACT provides a balanced schedule allowing time for administrative duties, continuing education opportunities, teaming, consultations with families and outside professionals, as well as general flex time.
We are offering a flexible start date in the spring or early summer of 2025. We are looking for a full-time speech pathologist and/or a CF candidate who is interested in PACT's service model and joining our team.
