Physical Therapist Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher in Science in Allied Health Professions in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid state license to practice physical therapy. Current CPR certificate Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. Physical Therapist Benefits $250 Deductible (per covered person) $500 Deductible (per covered family) ALL SERVICES COVERED AT 100% (after you have met deductible) Physical Therapist Job Summary As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on exercises and strategies for maintaining their health. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluating patients, interpreting the findings, developing an appropriate plan of care, and delivering quality care to help patients attain maximum functional level. Re-evaluate the patient's response to the current plan of care and make adjustments as indicated in a timely manner. Treats patients according to the established plan of care assessing progress and making appropriate clinical adjustments to meet the need of the patient and their recovery. Demonstrates knowledge of department-specific EMR programs creating evidence-based functional measures in each plan of care.
