Physical Therapist

The following skills are valued: * Compassion and empathy for our patients * Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task * Strong interpersonal and communication skilled to build positive relationships with patients, staff and the medical community * Willingness to continue to grow and learn *Responsibilities:* * Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. * Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients. * Ensure adherence to best practices and evidence-based treatment protocols. * Review patient cases and provide consultation on complex cases. * Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. * Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner. * Represent the clinic in the local community and foster relationships with referral sources. *Qualifications:* * Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. * Current MA state license to practice physical therapy. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service Please take a look at our Google reviews to see what patients have to say about their experience.
