Speech-Language Pathologist - Full-Time Location: Bluffton, IN River Terrace Retirement Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality speech-language services to support the rehabilitation of our residents across our service locations. Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will organize and deliver speech therapy services designed to enhance communication and swallowing functions. You will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide quality speech therapy services and make referrals when necessary, following established standards of practice and departmental procedures. Evaluate patients to gather data essential for effective treatment planning and implementation. Develop individualized treatment plans that include target lists, short-term goals, and long-term objectives. Instruct patients, families, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to facilitate the carry-over of therapeutic goals into daily activities.
