Job Function : Night Shift. 3x12: 7pm - 7am. Reviews patient records, including admission and current respiratory care orders, history, physical exams, PFT values, ABG results, and laboratory data. Sets up and maintains respiratory equipment as instructed. Performs patient assessments to monitor the effects of therapy and documents findings in the patient chart. Conducts prescribed therapeutic procedures to ensure adequate oxygenation, airway maintenance, and proper humidification. Obtains and analyzes arterial blood gases (ABGs) as ordered or per policy. Job Requirements: 2 years of clinical experience. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license. National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) registry required. BLS certification required. At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or physician office setting.
