Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on pediatric populations
- Experience in teletherapy practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with educational settings, particularly K-12 schools
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment strategies

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse group of 30 students, fostering communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Engage in regular communication with families regarding student development and strategies for support
