Speech Language Pathologist part-time position at South Ripley Schools beginning with the 2025-2026 school year.
Role Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and provide therapy for students of varied ages and abilities that have Speech/Language Impairments
- Majority of caseload to be Junior High / High School level ____ Articulation, Receptive/Expressive Language, Fluency, AAC, Functional Communication Skills
- Case Manager for students with only Speech/Language Impairments ____- set/attend conferences, collaborate with teaching staff/families to develop IEPs, complete necessary paperwork.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions ____ daily chart notes, quarterly progress notes, Medicaid Billing, IEPs
- Collaborate with teaching staff/families on student progress, ways to carryover targeted skills to daily environment
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Indiana Speech Language Pathology License through Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
This position will service students with a speech IEP at all grade levels. Anticipated hours will be 6 1/2 per day working from 8 am-3 pm, four days per month. However, the schedule can be somewhat flexible as needed. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
